applying for a trade account

If you’re a business interested in becoming a stockist of our products, you can apply for a trade account here. We love to work with likeminded companies that love gardening, design and good living. Businesses planning to sell online should only sell via their website. Our products cannot be sold on other sites, such as Amazon, eBay or Etsy, without strict permission from Herboo. All products sold online should also match our RRP. For online exclusive companies, we will request further information from you before approving your account. We require a full business address to approve all accounts.


We would only offer exclusivity in exceptional circumstances. However, when approving accounts, we take into consideration the location of existing stockists and reserve the right to exclude the ranges they carry from new stockists to prevent customer conflict.

You can find the barcode and SKU information for each product on its respective product page. We also have a handy excel sheet with all information which can be found here: For images of products to reuse for your own website, please click on the relevant product image, open it in a new tab and right-click the image to save it. By opening it in a new tab the image will be the correct quality for web use. For use with marketing materials or anything else, please contact us as we may need to gain licensing permission from our illustrative partners to be able to accommodate this.

All our packets are printed on FSC approved card and are 100% recyclable. Our seeds are sourced from trusted suppliers, with a transparent supply chain.

ordering process

Ordering with us has been simplified to put you in control of your order. All orders are now processed through; however, you can contact us if you need any support with ordering. Once received, our warehouse will process your order and typically dispatch it within 3-5 working days. Please note, at peak seasonal times this lead time may vary.

minimum spend

We try to keep all our minimums small and manageable, that’s why you only need to spend £250 (ex VAT) for free carriage if you’re based in the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). Please observe the minimum quantities on each product when ordering.

payment terms

We have changed the way we take payment to simplify the process for our customers. With the launch of our new portal, we have removed the need to ring us to make a payment if you’re on a Pro-forma account. Payment will now be required through the checkout section of our site at the time of placing the order. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. All new customers will automatically hold accounts on a Pro-forma basis. Our prices are in GBP. At this time we are only able to work with Uk based businesses.
