Tomatoes actually like swaying a breeze, so if you are growing inside turn on the fan to help them develop strong stems.
When planting your tomatoes, bury the stems as tomatoes can grow roots on their stems, more roots, means a stronger plant.
Remove the bottom leaves as these will be the first to develop a fungus if left.
Pinch and prune the little leaves that develop between the two branches. They won't bring fruit and will take energy away from the plant.
