About The Micro Green Seed Set

Micro greens are eaten fresh and raw, and the fresher the leaves are, the more vitamins and minerals they contain. To grow as a micro green sow densely on firm soil in a 10cm pot, let them grow to 10cm tall before harvesting the baby leaves for your salads.

In The Records

Microgreens have been featured on chefs' menus since the 1980s in San Francisco, and have been grown in Southern California since the mid-90s. Initially, a limited selection of varieties was available, including arugula, basil, beets, kale, coriander, and a colourful mix called a "Rainbow Mix".
